Kyle Wente joined Platte River Ventures as an Associate in 2008.

Prior to joining Platte River Ventures, Kyle was an analyst with Merrill Lynch's Mergers & Acquisitions group. He was responsible for analyzing and helping facilitate corporate transactions including mergers, leveraged buyouts and divestitures across a variety of industries.

Previously, Kyle was an Assistant Vice President for Merrill Lynch's Structured Investments desk where he was responsible for researching and generating investment ideas and developing relationships with top financial advisors.

Kyle is a CFA Candidate and passed CFA Level II in June 2008.

Kyle holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University, where he won two Ivy-League basketball championships and was team captain his senior year.
