Patricia E. Clark is Vice President, Administration for Platte River Ventures.

Prior to joining Platte River Ventures, Ms. Clark had worked for Mr. Martin since 1987, beginning as Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of NL Industries. Ms. Clark moved to Denver, Colorado in 1996 where she continued to work for Mr. Martin until his retirement from TIMET in 2005. Born in Sunderland, England, Ms. Clark moved to the United States in 1978 and became a U.S. citizen in 1985.
